Hello guguseli,
That's a good idea and I'd be happy to pass it on! Have you ever made your own plaited bread from Ruch flour or bought it somewhere else?
Kind regards,
Sabine, Migipedia team
Yes, I have. I haven't bought any yet. I don't like giving my children products made from white flour, hence the idea. As I'm short of time at the moment, it would be great if I could buy a Ruchmehlzopf at Migros at the weekend.
Kind regards
guguseli
I would also buy a Ruchmehl plait like this.
But as plaiting is a very established and, above all, almost traditional thing, it would be interesting to see whether people are also enthusiastic about this deviation.
I think that many people who pay attention to a healthy, balanced diet would be enthusiastic about a braid with Ruch flour.

How about a vegan plait? So without butter and without milk...
I also think it's a very good idea. I even make my own plaited bread from original spelt flour and it tastes delicious and is much healthier.

I have already bought a plait made from Ruchmehl at Migros Zollikofen. It was very tasty. I would love a loaf of graham bread. My grandmother used to make it all the time.
I also pay a lot of attention to a healthy diet!
BUT: a plait made from rye flour is not an option for me! I love eating rye bread or even better wholemeal bread, but for me a plait has to be made from white flour!
I also have trouble with the "pseudo-meat" that looks like meat but isn't really meat. We only have meat on the table about twice a week; on the other days NO meat, not even "pseudo-meat".
It's important to me that the food is what it is. And if I want to eat plaited bread, then I enjoy it in moderation (not even every Sunday) and eat "healthy" bread during the week.
Well, opinions differ...
