Oh yes, I thought the same thing about Pamelo.
It probably doesn't make sense, but maybe it's cheaper from China (= higher margin for Migros)... Or there are delivery problems with Israel because of Corona and so on, too little production or something like that.
Hello everyone The change has nothing to do with the fact that we have decided against products from Israel. If our fruit has a different origin, this has to do either with the popularity of the items or with the quality. We work together with our purchasing offices Migros Hong Kong and Migros India when evaluating and sourcing products from the Asian region. Regarding the honey pomelos: China is the world's largest exporter of pomelos. Honey pomelos are particularly popular with connoisseurs due to their sweet aroma. Kind regards, Angela
