Zero-Waste Optionen

Guest

Filling stations for washing-up liquid etc. are a recurring topic when it comes to zero waste. But what about other aspects of waste avoidance? For example, baking paper? I came across an article on the subject of permanent baking foil (https://www.dieprofibaecker.de/dauerbackfolie-test/) and think that something like this is definitely a way to encourage the zero waste movement!

I'd still like it if you didn't constantly open a separate thread here in the forum for every product where you see a zero-waste option or read an article about it, etc. I'm already starting to lose track of which thread has something to do with zero waste... Migros already has a permanent baking film in its range: https://produkte.migros.ch/easy-baking-dauerbackfolie https://produkte.migros.ch/tangan-n32-dauerbacktrennfolie

You could also just take a wooden board, soak it in water and use it as a baking base if it is for short baking like cookies. That would also be much more natural, because the next aspect, after zero waste, is what kind of material is this base and how does it really affect the product when baking? Why else do you need baking paper? I tend to use bowls, roasting pans. Or do you just use the tray on its own, how else did you do it before there was baking paper?^^
