I can't find any more bean burgers on the freezer shelf! Please, please, dear Mirgros, tell me that you haven't taken You Burger Red/Black Bean out of the range? That would be a huge mistake! Because they are a quick alternative to meat burgers and (in my opinion) taste better than these imitation plant-based burgers. Above all, they're not heavy on the stomach like those pea protein things, where after eating you think you've swallowed concrete ......

Demand for the black bean burger is slightly higher - but I'm not going to lie: It's not very popular either. However, we still offer the Black Bean Burger, especially in the very large branches. Migros logic as so often. Naturally, demand was low if you had to make a day trip for this product, at least in the Bern region. I was able to buy Black Bean twice shortly after the launch when I ended up in the largest store in Bern for once, but Red Bean was nowhere to be found... It's the same with a lot of products that interest me. Since the coronavirus, I've stopped going into town altogether and have to make do with what the medium-sized Migros store in town has to offer. Fortunately, there is a competitor right next door that has correctly recognized the signs of the times. The store is roughly the same size, but there's much more choice.

Are the black bean burgers no longer available? They are the best vegetarian burgers there are. I don't understand at all why there are almost only plant-based burgers left. I don't like meat and I don't want to eat anything that tastes like meat. That doesn't make any sense.

Unfortunately, your assumption is correct: the products are no longer part of our range. This is due to a lack of demand. Not all of our customers liked the varieties as much as you did. The situation is different with the plant-based burgers. As space on our shelves is limited, we can no longer continue to stock products that are no longer popular. Perhaps Migros should also rethink its product placement instead of riding around on the lack of demand? In our store, these burgers were placed in the freezer compartment with the vegetable packs - if you want to buy burgers, look at the other burgers, not there! It's a real shame that the best alternative burger product is disappearing from the range. An unparalleled step backwards ... :-(

I've noticed that too. Sometimes they are next to the cheesecakes and then again next to the burgers. If you don't explicitly look for them, nobody will find them.
I was looking for them last week. I am so disappointed that they are no longer available. As another commenter said, I don't like plant-based burgers that taste, smell and have a similar texture to meat. These were the best vegetarian burgers. Unfortunately, I only have two left in my freezer. I guess I'll have to make them myself from now on. RIP You Bean Burgers :(
