I would like Migros to do more for the environment. It could make a big contribution by helping to reduce plastic waste, which is a major problem in this world and for which, in my opinion, retailers must also take responsibility, not just customers. They have the power to make a difference and set a good example.
My wish is that in future I don't have to go to health food stores, drugstores and organic stores to get all my cleaning and detergent products refilled. The same goes for shampoo and conditioner. I've been using the same bottles for these things for years, which I always have refilled, and the health food stores, etc. have their canisters refilled again. Migros, which manufactures its own cleaning agents, detergents and cosmetics, could offer this and be the first retailer to act for the future. In addition, Migros stores have more space available than the small health food stores and drugstores and they can still do this.

As an old slob, I always have the problem of where to put the soap after the shower. The soap gets soggy so quickly and there's so much stuff lying around anyway.
Real environmentalists don't use conventional products, of course, but natural cosmetics. And Migros has one that can be found in larger stores, and this is still a private label and, I hope, made in Switzerland.
And of course, real environmentalists use solid soap or liquid organic soap, which can also be refilled. For example, Sonett. These hand soaps are also suitable for the whole body. I've had them refilled for years. And the bar soaps for a change. But then it has to be a real natural soap, otherwise it's the same as the liquid douching agents, which are harmful to the environment and contain ingredients that are harmful to health. But you won't find them in Migros and other wholesalers. And they should not be based on palm oil, but are highly recommended by "Duschmödeli". There are also shampoo soaps. However, you have to try out which ones are suitable for your own hair and most of them have to be followed by a rinse with citric acid or vinegar, which you have to make yourself so that it is not too strong and not too weak, which then rinses out the lime soap that remains in the hair. On the other hand, you will have much more volume in your hair with this method of washing your hair.
Regarding the bar soap problem: You can buy a wooden soap board or ceramic soap dish in many places. But it must have grooves so that it can dry quickly from all sides. When it is dry, store it in a metal box or closed container, as natural soaps lose their fragrance when exposed to air. Natural fragrances evaporate. This is how you can recognize a natural soap. You can find out more about this on the websites of natural soap makers, of which there are fortunately a few good ones in Switzerland. E.g. Duschmödeli or Toggenburger.

Unfortunately in our culture it is tricky to communicate clearly and directly. I, as a half Brit who knows both cultures GB and CH, often experience that in Switzerland it is much more difficult to use clear, committed words and some mood or intention that might not be factual is interpreted into it. It can be understood as very committed :-).
Many people don't know that Lush soaps contain a lot of sensitive chemicals. Besides the great natural ones, that's the problem, always this lazy compromise. Go to the ingredients and google them. Then you're in for a bitter disappointment. That's what happened to me. But of course it's great to avoid the plastic waste. Especially that there are great shampoo soaps! Of course, every contribution is important. But it can't be the case that this responsibility falls solely on the customer. Not everyone can deal with everything so intensively. That's why I think wholesalers need to take on more commitment and responsibility. When you go shopping, as a layperson you have to be able to have some confidence that you are not doing anything bad for the environment and our health with your purchase.
Exactly, that's another important aspect, to support someone who puts their heart and soul into making something themselves and has the courage and takes the effort to do it. That's great that you feel the same way! I often only hear the argument of price. No matter what ingredients, no matter where and from whom - the main thing is cheap...
If everyone thought like that, there would be no such great things that people make themselves and try to make a living from
