Where have all the delicious things gone? Where are they

Wo sind all die leckere Sachen hin? Wo sind sie

Soo: we have noticed that many of our old favorite products are no longer available. For example, these mega-super-tasty (I don't want to exaggerate) almond/marzipan/amaretti Gutzi. They were sooo good. We sometimes got them for dessert (poor us... we only got 2 each) but now they're just not available any more (now that we've grown up and could buy so many of them ourselves until we... well... no details) and the same goes for Amarena Schoggi. It's really sad. Honestly. Full. And now you can't find the maple syrup yoghurt anywhere... and that's the only thing I like... a bit less branded products and German Allnatura and instead the good old Migro products again and the former Migros children would also shop with you again?! Everything used to be better... especially Migros.

If you can no longer find products in Migros, then they have almost certainly been taken out of the range because (from Migros' point of view) customer demand is too low. I'm sorry to say it, but unfortunately the former Migros children have to accept this. Many of our favorite products have also disappeared, which is why I am no longer a Migros child. And I also think it's an incredible shame about the direction Migros is taking; I miss so many products that are unfortunately no longer available. But that's the way it is, there's nothing we customers can do about it; Migros is pursuing its own strategy. As a (small) customer, I just put up with it and look for alternatives or go to the competition, as there are plenty of others. It's always a shame...

..... due to insufficient customer demand...... are outright lies and excuses.

Not everyone has the time to go to x different stores

I realize that, but then there's only the solution via the online shop/online ordering... Migros doesn't really care whether you as a customer have to/want to/can go to different stores to buy all the products you want; Migros offers its range and you as a customer then have the choice of buying what's available at Migros or not. Migros, like all other stores, looks to ensure that its turnover/profit is right. And as long as so many customers don't turn their backs on Migros that it has a substantial impact on Migros' sales/profit, Migros won't change its strategy regarding its product range. I'm sorry, but as a customer you have to accept that...

Hi Laurie-Jean We're delighted that you have fond memories of some of our products! After a long time, it's always difficult for us to work out exactly which items are meant. Do you still know the brand of the biscuits you are referring to? I would be happy to suggest some alternatives - perhaps one of these delicacies will also become one of your favorites:Amaretti ItalianiAmaretti tradizionali Sapori Amaretti Soft Almond, article 1101.287.00000: not on our homepage Grand-Mère Marzipanisso Orange 200g, article 1101.151.00000: not on our homepage I'm not sure which maple syrup yoghurt you're missing - we still have this yoghurt on offer: Organic Yoghurt Maple syrup solid Some clarifications are still being made about the chocolate. As soon as I find out more, I'll get back to you. best regards, Angela

Hello Laurie-Jean The last time we produced the Amarena chocolate bar was in 2007. Unfortunately, after more than 10 years, we can no longer fully trace the reasons why the bar was removed from the range at that time. We assume that this was due to declining sales. We currently have no plans to reintroduce the Amarena bar. However, we collect all feedback and re-evaluate it when revising the range in the future. We always try to meet different requests. However, we are also aware that we cannot always meet all needs. With this in mind, we have gladly accepted your request and will consider it. Kind regards, Angela

The maple yoghurt now comes in organic packaging and used to be under m-classic with the maple leaf, right? I recommend Lidl/Aldi for the amaretti, they have the classic "buttons" as well as the others at very reasonable prices.

...well, with "organic" there is just more money in the kässali, we "old" Migi children/customers are Migros the longer the more "nicely expressed only Wurscht" finds really a pity that it is so, am also more and more often in other stores u.wegs.

That's right, you're right, the small yoghurt maple syrup stichfest was available under the MClassic line, now it's only available as organic. Definitely, Lidl/Aldi Amaretti are great, I can only recommend them. The ones from Migros are okay, but I don't think they're such a hit, the Lidl/Aldi ones are definitely a lot better.
