Dear Migros We were shocked to discover last weekend that the only vegan mozzarella has disappeared from the range again (Meilen). This was already the case at some point last year. Why should the only vegan alternative be out again and the many animal variants be available all year round? That doesn't make sense to me. We had visitors and had already promised that we would bake large vegan pizzas and were then quite uphill. The health food store was once again our savior, but they only had one left, unfortunately. It would be nice if you could offer it all year round, because pizza baking is not seasonal ;-)
