Migros (recently?) started offering reusable vegetable and fruit bags for fruit and vegetables. I think that's wonderful and hope that in the future more opportunities will be created to protect the environment. This is probably a product that can be sold to more (environmentally) conscious people and is certainly well received and makes sense as a way of reducing plastic bag consumption. Bravo!
Nevertheless, I have noticed that products that are produced in an environmentally friendly and regional way, i.e. organic products and those from the region, are often packaged in extra cardboard and plastic packaging. I think this is a real shame, as I would like to try to support this wonderful plastic-free and environmentally friendly idea. The very products that I, as an environmentally conscious person, would like to buy in the reusable vegetable and fruit bags, I cannot buy with them, but have to buy additional plastic packaging again, and of course I understand if the organic products should not be accidentally mixed with other products and should therefore possibly be packaged separately again. But the overall concept is not yet coherent. I hope that Migros will work on solving this contradiction in a better way.
