Here are just a few suggestions in the interests of customers: Many want to benefit from the coupons, but not everyone wants to spend their free time studying coupons.... 1) Delete unneeded coupons: Many coupons are not needed by large groups of people and it should be possible to delete them. Today I simply activate them for the sake of clarity. 2) Own sorting option: Would at least be an option if complete deletion is not possible. I would be happy with automatic sorting: Non-activated coupons first... 3) Store conditions for redemption: The 2x as an example I get from 100 CHF and I redeem this only with the next bulk purchase from 100 CHF, same procedure with 3x,5x,10x. Here I should be able to enter an amount or a default value from which amount it should be redeemed. It is particularly annoying when several people have the same account and redeem almost simultaneously: 2x for a coffee instead of a large purchase. Or I prefer to use a 20x for stock purchases and not for a spontaneous purchase because I forgot something... I hope Migros will also think about this, because frustration about misuse generates reactions such as -- don't use Cumulus at all: just PR posturing with little benefit -- I'll go to the competition, who sell at net prices: Aldi Lidl...
