I know a branch where the employees are constantly criticized by the store manager, various people suffer from this and often go home completely exhausted and then cry themselves out first. I don't like the fact that they want to resign immediately out of despair or do something else to themselves. You can't have a store manager constantly picking on employees and threatening them that there will be consequences if they don't master something perfectly or before a course if they don't master 100% of what they have learned afterwards. You have to give people the opportunity to practise and allow them to make mistakes, after all, nobody is perfect, not even this store manager.

There are other points that you can't even discuss here in the forum, as they would probably be dismissed as untrue or damaging to your reputation.

But now to my question, the employees are so intimidated by this branch manager that they don't even dare to ask how they can be transferred to another branch.

Does anyone know what to do to get transferred as quickly as possible?

Is there a contact person at Migros who you can talk to if you feel bullied and simply can't go on without the store manager finding out?

I would be very happy if I could help these employees somehow and hope for positive input from you.
