Hi everyone; Curious if anyone knows how to ship Migros items to the US. My dads battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer and I would like to surprise him with some bolognese sauce that we would pick up to take back to the states when we visit family in Geneva / Vaud. Before you send/take anything to the USA, read this information here: https://de.usembassy.gov/de/faqs/zoll/ (points 2, 9 and 10) The USA (like Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc.) is very strict when it comes to importing food. And the USA has a completely different legal system than Switzerland and Europe; the penalties there are much more severe than here in Switzerland/Europe (what might be a fine here can mean a prison sentence in the USA). I also think it's very nice what you're planning.
