Unfortunately, I don't know where to get in touch, so I'm writing to you with my request. About six months ago, I took part in a competition at Famigros and won a Twin coffee machine. Today, for reasons unknown to me, it stopped pumping water. Everything runs out of the bottom. I have cleaned the machine as thoroughly as possible. We also use decalcified water. The fact that the machine has given up the ghost is one thing, but the fact that we gave away our trusty Nespresso machine about three weeks ago is another. Until we won the Twin machine, we were convinced Nespresso coffee drinkers. Can I return the machine to MElectronic for testing or what should I do? Thank you very much for your reply.
