I like sweet popcorn better than salty, the colored one from Migros was the tastiest, but has been off the shelves for a while...wasn't available for too long either. Why is it no longer available? Were there any harmful colorings in it?

I have to admit, it somehow passed me by that there was colored popcorn in Migros. But I think it's a funny idea and I understand that you miss it.
Off the top of my head, I can't answer why it was only on the shelves for a very short time. There could be various reasons for this and it probably has nothing to do with the colorants. If the colorants had been harmful, there would certainly have been detailed information about it and a recall would have been launched.
I'll clarify for you why this product is no longer available and then get back to you.
