Does anyone know where and how I can unsubscribe from the print advertising and magazine sent to me by Migros? I can't find anything anywhere. It must be possible.
At Coop, for example, there is simply a page on the Internet where you can easily unsubscribe from the magazine.
Migros in particular should be a pioneer when it comes to environmental protection and resource conservation - if every Cumulus customer automatically receives countless advertising brochures and newspapers every week without being asked and there is also no obvious way to receive them electronically, I find that questionable. Nowadays everyone has email and I don't mind the brochures at all - I flick through them from time to time - but I can also do that in the form of a PDF which I receive by email!

I can set up the Cumulus advertising dispatch with you. For this I need your Cumulus number (2099..).
You can unsubscribe from the Migros magazine by sending an e-mail to abo@migrosmagazin.ch.

Nevertheless, it is still surprisingly difficult because you have to enter the "member number" (?), for example, which is not the Cumulus number, but only appears on the magazine itself. I had to get another one out of the waste paper. Why can't I just unsubscribe when I'm logged in?
I also want to unsubscribe from all the advertising, but that doesn't seem so easy.
But what's really surprising is the fact that I've only been receiving all the advertising and magazines for a few months, even though I've been a Cumulus customer for years. Suddenly I'm constantly getting mail from Migros, today for example from Migros Ferien!

And to the UX team at Migros, please pass on the message that deliberately hiding and making it difficult to unsubscribe does not prevent someone from doing so, but only confirms their decision. So it should all be much easier. Why can't I select in my profile "Migros Magazine: [ ] Dispatch by post [ ] Dispatch by email" and "Migros Advertising: [ ] Dispatch by post [ ] Dispatch by email"? Why do I have to enter all my details again even though I am logged in?

have requested an interruption almost at the end of Nov. for the beginning of January 2018 at Migro as well as at coop !
at COOp wonderful even confirmed with a mail at Migro just not I have now canceled the magazine to be sure ! that's service
I had the delivery of my Migros magazine interrupted here: https://www.migrosmagazin.ch/abo-service and it worked very quickly straight away.
The fact that you can't unsubscribe from the magazine in your Migros/Cumulus profile is because the files are different. You can also subscribe to the Migros magazine without being a Cumulus member or Cooperative member.
I realize that the newspaper cannot be cancelled with a cumulus account! But they should also know
