I do it by feel, not by time, so it's difficult. Do you have extra prawns in there? I always cook a small amount of prawns first (you can see it best with the grey raw ones) and then add seafood for about 2 minutes. And it works well for us, as soon as the prawns are pink and have shrunk a little, everything is cooked. You could also fry them separately in the frying pan and then add them.
