How about the idea of offering more products with a wheat-free alternative? This could be spelt, rye, corn etc
Products such as schnitzel bread or dumplings should also be possible with spelt bread or as a gluten-free alternative.
As there are more and more people who no longer tolerate wheat well or even have a gluten intolerance, this would certainly be worthwhile! (So I would be really pleased!)
