It's a shame that the food industry still needs to use wheat as a starch everywhere. Even in Asian dishes, soups, etc. There are so many great alternatives, such as rice flour, spelt etc. I find it really annoying when, for example, spelt is advertised and then there is wheat in the product. There's a lot to do here.
