It's a shame that the food industry still needs to use wheat as a starch everywhere. Even in Asian dishes, soups, etc. There are so many great alternatives, such as rice flour, spelt etc. I find it really annoying when, for example, spelt is advertised and then there is wheat in the product. Thank you, that's a great tip. Unfortunately, Migros does not seem to have recognized the problem. It's not about traces, but about deliberately adding them. Many people can deal with traces, except those who are so highly allergic that they can't even go into a bakery where there is flour in the air.
