Wine for cooking (non-alcoholic and in powder form)

Have you ever cooked risotto and liked to deglaze it with a little white wine? Or refine a sauce with a little red wine? But you don't have an open bottle to hand - and you have to open a whole bottle - nope.
I'd be up for such a product in a heartbeat!
