Until now, sugar-free chocolate balls have always been available at Easter and Christmas. Here in 9500 Wil, the Christmas range has been replenished, but unfortunately there are none. Will they still be coming or have they also been taken out of the range for no good reason? I would very much like to see them back in the range. There are many people who buy these balls separately or are dependent on them because they are made with sweetener. I find it discriminatory how Migros is suddenly simply excluding these people.
Please don't come to me now with the ersatz products like sugar-free bars would be there. Firstly, we don't want to hear that or it's about the baubles, and secondly: if Christmas baubles are produced, then please make them for everyone! Even for people who prefer to eat sugar-free chocolate.

The old people don't go to customer service because they want to complain because their product is no longer available. They go home annoyed or disappointed to the old people's home where they have dinner at 17:30 and possibly a diabetic yoghurt for dessert

I am also of the opinion that if Migros says that the product didn't do well, it was never advertised. The balls were simply there, many people didn't even notice, but would have been happy, and then they were gone again because they weren't selling well. Of course, because hardly anyone knew about it.
And that's what happens to many products. It's easy for Migros to say that sales were too low. Advertise it and leave the product in the store for at least a year!

We last offered sugar-free chocolate balls for Christmas in 2015. As demand was well below our expectations, we removed them from our range in 2016. For this reason, we are not currently adding any new chocolate balls to our range. There is a simple reason why we offer sugar-free chocolate balls at Easter: demand is high enough that we can and want to meet it.
