Hello,↵↵I've now had two instances in less than a week of getting a drink that is still/no longer fresh:↵I
bought an Aproz
on
23.6.2020 that I wanted to try before ordering a 6-pack of it from LeShop (currently on promotion): https://produkte.migros.ch/bio-aproz-mint-lime (my bottle doesn't say organic on it, but the price was the same). When I got home, I opened the bottle straight away (before I'd even put the shopping away) and noticed that the expiration date is 06.2020. A bit borderline 🤔
Yesterday evening I drank an orange juice that I had bought on 18.6.2020, also to try it out to see whether it had pulp in it like its big brother (1l) or not (also with a view to buying a 6-pack from LeShop): https://produkte.migros.ch/gold-max-havelaar-orangensaft-122085300000 . But it didn't taste as expected. Then I looked at the expiration date: 😠 21.3.2020. How is it that an orange juice is still on the shelf almost 3 months after the end of the consumption period (there was only one date on it)?
↵Do you also currently have such antiques in your Migros stores or is this a local problem?
Hello Cinderella1925 I'm sorry that you had to have this experience with us twice. I would like to inform the cooperative responsible. Please let me know in which branch the two purchases took place. best regards Heidi

Hello Cinderella1925, thank you for your information. The relevant department has forwarded your email to us. May we ask you to either respond to our request for complaints or send them directly to our email address m-infoline@migros.ch? That way, everything ends up in the right place and there are no delays :-). Your feedback concerns the same Migros Vaud branch both times. We've had the best experience with this cooperative if you contact customer service directly at the branch. Do you live nearby and can you contact the manager directly? She can then apologize for the inconvenience you experienced on site and, if necessary, show her appreciation for your tip regarding the expired goods. Kind regards, Sina
