What's wrong with Migros customer service?

In May, I ordered a hairdryer from Melectronics. It was delivered but was broken (DOA). I returned the hairdryer and placed a new order at the same time. According to the returns form, you have to place a new order for replacement deliveries. The new hairdryer arrived and worked perfectly, but unfortunately I have been waiting almost three months for a refund for the returned item. I have sent an e-mail to the Infoline three times, but apart from a confirmation of receipt, I have heard nothing to date. Has anyone had the same experience?
