What's going on :(

Was ist nur los :(

Dear Migros, I used to like to call myself a Migros child, I even have a T-shirt from you, but in the last few years you have repeatedly reduced the quality of my favorite products or worsened the recipe. For example, you have replaced the resealable plastic lid on the large Migros organic yoghurt with a non-resealable aluminum lid. Why? I can only imagine this downgrade as a cost-saving measure. The Anna's Best Hummus Piccante was initially the best hummus you could buy until you changed the recipe so much that now even the hummus piccante from the Coop is better. etc... Lately I've just been disappointed time and time again and ask myself after every purchase why I didn't just go to the Aldi around the corner.

Would be happy if the migipedia criticism was taken more seriously... like at the time of the kebab döner in the tin...

I've now looked at aldi, lidl, coop... they all have the same lid as migros... They're probably all heading in the same direction :(

Migipedia is no longer recognized at all. Many topics, especially critical ones, are simply ignored by Migros. In the meantime, the ratings are also just a farce, ratings with 👍 or ok are accepted although reported.

Hello ex-migros-kind, thank you for your feedback. We made a change to the yoghurt because the current market is moving in the direction of packaging reduction and reusable lids. The aluminum lid is recyclable. The PET lid, on the other hand, had to be disposed of in household waste. As part of the changeover, we were aware that storing them at home can be a hassle. So we worked on a solution and developed this silicone lid: https://www.migros.ch/de/product/mo/7070203. It can be used flexibly and is suitable for yogurt. I'm sorry that you no longer like our Hummus Picante. I will gladly take your feedback on board. Thank you for your frank words. Kind regards, Susi
