What's wrong with the Migros app?

Was ist los mit der Migros App?

The app has been working very unreliably for some time now. Although it is updated regularly, it rarely works properly.
Sometimes the weekly promotions and new products are missing (as is the case now), sometimes the points are credited late, then the vouchers are displayed and counted twice, or the old vouchers are repeatedly displayed as new ones. Why so many errors? And why does Coop manage to update the points immediately and present the necessary information in good time? The number of users and customers should be at a similar level.
I would very much appreciate it if I could rely on this app (I use it often) and not be surprised again and again ?

  • What is the e-mail address of the Migros login used (formerly M-connect)?

  • Is there a sufficient Internet connection? (Websites load quickly in the browser)

  • Which app version are you using?

  • Please describe in detail what you are doing until the error occurs.

  • If possible, please send screenshots of the error.

  • Manufacturer and model of the smartphone

  • Operating system version (e.g. iOS 9.3 / Android 6.0)
