I have long assumed that the Migros industry also manufactures certain products for Coop. Firstly, Coop has practically no industry of its own and therefore has to have its own-brand products manufactured somewhere. Secondly, it has long been known that Migros Industry also manufactures products for other suppliers, especially abroad. Mibelle, for example, produces some of the Balea products for the German drugstore chain DM. It is important that M-Industry also produces for non-Migros suppliers, as producing exclusively for the domestic market is absolutely not profitable. Therefore: I think it's good that Coop has its products produced by M-Industry, among others. In my opinion, Migros and Coop should work even more closely together. Bottles made from CO2 - I think that's basically a good thing if you can get something useful out of this material.
I too have long suspected that Migros manufactures certain products for Coop and vice versa (I already knew that Migros also manufactures products for foreign suppliers). I also read somewhere in the press recently that Migros and Coop have officially announced that they want to work together more in this respect. Why not, I think it's a good thing. I also think new pet bottles made from CO2 are a good idea.
