Why do so many articles disappear but new ones keep appearing?

Warum Verschwinden soviel Artikel aber kommt andauernd neues?

Why is that? Even M-Classic is disappearing, it makes no sense to call it Classic! I read so often here, why is this no longer available and this no longer available. And the answer is something like: oh we'll check if it's back. Or this article is only available in the store for once! Why? That's very strange.
Has production been discontinued? Are there too few purchases from the supplier? Is it no longer being manufactured? Do they want to keep changing so that you always have a new incentive to buy? Can you expect an honest answer to a question like that? Or is that a "trade secret"? I'd be really interested to know. And why aren't these items available online? I understand that you can't offer everything in every store. If I like a product, I like a product and want it regularly. If I know in advance that this is only a test or that the item will soon no longer be available, I wouldn't test it at all because I might like it! It's the same with these A or B products, whatever is bought more goes into the range, I would never take part in something like that and don't buy any of the products. The more you do something like this, with products being discontinued, the more people get upset and possibly look for alternatives if this is possible. In my eyes, that's a hustle! And Migros shouldn't be doing this with its position in society! There's a lot of hounding about Ali or Wish, but it's no wonder they're conquering more and more of the market, especially in the online sector! Now there are already the first groceries in express. Coexistence would work great, working together with them! Price/performance in bulk purchasing is a win-win-win business! For everyone involved! Maybe that will happen soon, because you can't keep them out of the market forever! You sometimes feel unappreciated as a customer and that you will be replaced by the next generation anyway! That's a real shame!
