Why can't the M-Infoline simply answer specific questions?

Warum kann die M-Infoline nicht einfach Fragen konkret beantworten?

I've had enough... I don't know how many questions I have already asked the Infoline via Migipedia, but the answer is almost always unsatisfactory and has to be repeated (to which there is usually no further response). Although they make every effort to answer all possible (unasked) questions, they don't answer what was specifically asked. This makes you feel a little more stupid every time. This time again:

I don't assume that people with reading difficulties work at the Infoline. On the contrary, I get the impression from time to time that they are deliberately playing around with unpleasant questions in order to lull the customer to sleep. I would simply like to point out once again that this is not at all well received. I am still a loyal Migros customer of many years' standing, but they go to great lengths to put me off.
