I used to go shopping at Migros because it's a great store and it's right near me. I was always happy with Migros until Migros illegally debited me 50 francs when I paid at a self-payment machine. 6 weeks have passed since then and Migros has still not transferred my money. I am very dissatisfied with Migros' service. For this reason, I cannot recommend anyone to shop at Migros!

In the meantime, we have been able to clarify your case with our payment system specialists. On 28.02.2019, during your shopping period, there were two failed payment attempts. This was followed by the error message:Error Trx. If this error occurs during the payment, we do not forward any data to the card processors, but complete it directly in our checkout system. This means that we do not trigger a cash flow. Therefore, we cannot explain why Google Pay reserved the amount of € 45.91 (which does not match our euro amount on the receipt anyway). We were not debited, except for the transaction, which was paid in cash by you.
We recommend that you contact your card issuer and ask for clarification.
