As far as I know, the Leger cheeses are made from quarter-fat ?

Hello @Dominik_MigrosSo there is no cheese that meets @XY1001's requirements. The only hard cheese, the Minitaler, is a ½-fat one.Best regardsFrederica
Dear @FredericaYou're right, I just realized in a spontaneous poll in the team that I had interpreted the term hard cheese more broadly and that Tilsiter is a semi-hard cheese :)Best regardsDominik
The Coop used to sell a hard cheese with 5 grams of fat per 100 grams. It was simply brilliant! That would be something for Migros!
and unfortunately the much-loved Léger Brie has been removed from the range!

As far as I know, there is a 1/4 fat cheese at the counter with a blue label.
