I use self-scanning so that I can complete the payment process more quickly. I find this question about the checkout slip at the end annoying and unnecessary. A colleague advised me to switch to SelfCheckout without entering my Cumulus card, as this would automatically spit out the receipt. However, as I receive 50CHF and more in Cumulus vouchers every 2 months, I feel that this procedure is a somewhat dearly bought affair..... or is Migros perhaps trying to scare away its last good customers with this procedure as an invitation to switch to Aldi, Lidl and Coop after all? After a few self-scanning purchases, the system should automatically realize that this Cumulus customer expressly wants the receipt !!!!
