I ordered Do it garden furniture from Migros 6 weeks ago. There was a 20x cumulus promotion. As the furniture wasn't delivered until weeks later, I chose "purchase on account" as the payment method. The furniture was delivered the day before yesterday, but I have not yet received the invoice. Will the points only be credited after payment has been made, or at what point?

Order online with Postfinance or Master Card. The points are credited as soon as the amount is debited.
I once bought in advance because the amount exceeded the daily and monthly limits on the cards. The points were credited to me three weeks later when the goods were dispatched.
There is nothing in the FAQ: I assume that the points are credited after the invoice has been paid.
