Last Saturday I did some bulk shopping at Migros. It wasn't actually planned, but it just happened before Christmas. I scanned all the items with the scanner and at the end I also scanned the one on the wall so that I could put the scanner back in the charging station.

I also scanned in my Cumulus number at the Subito terminal, after which I remembered that I still had a personal 10% coupon in the Migros app. I activated it, which worked without any problems, but the terminal didn't show me the discount. Unfortunately, the helpful sales assistant couldn't help me either, she said it should work and apologized that this wasn't the case.

In the end, I paid without the 10% voucher, even though it was activated. I've noticed before that vouchers are suddenly no longer displayed when you're already at the Subito terminal. Is it a Migros trick that it's suddenly too late when you want to redeem a digital voucher? That can't happen with the printed ones, but you could forget them at home.

So dear Migros: when is the last time to activate a digital coupon so that it is actually displayed at the Subito terminal?
