About 3 years ago, there were still wooden toys for children, I mean the plastic ones and not the wooden ones. I work in a crèche and manage the feeding area there because of the HYGIENE they are very suitable. Unfortunately, these PLASTIK wooden picks are no longer available. They are only available for adults in orange.

I have just spoken to the product managers. The fact is that wood is more hygienic than plastic. I admit that I was also taken aback by this statement. But apparently small cracks in plastic provide a more optimal environment for bacteria than notches in wood. You can find numerous articles on the web that support this statement. Just for your and my information. We have both learned something new. Unfortunately, I can't give you any other positive feedback. There are no plans to reintroduce special products for children into the range. I'm sorry that I can't give you any more positive feedback.
