I don't know exactly where to place such suggestions or criticisms, so here they are.
Every time I go shopping with the baby, I get annoyed because it's really inconvenient. I often have the baby sitting in the car seat. If I put this car seat in the trolley when I go shopping (it's too unsafe for me in the open child seat and my second child often sits in the seat), the trolley is full and absolutely nothing fits in it. I usually put the baby in the carrier in front of my tummy, but unfortunately it's difficult to get the big shopping in and out. It's difficult to get into the deep trolleys.
Why don't you have these practical trolleys with a kind of platform where you can strap the baby seat? Even Lidl has 5-6 of them. It would make shopping with a small baby so much easier.

Thank you for your message. The procurement of shopping carts is a matter for the individual stores. This means that each store can decide for itself how many and which trolleys it purchases and makes available. Can you tell me which store you prefer to shop in? Then I will inform the local manager about your request so that it can be checked.

Thank you for the quick reply. So generally it's like that in many branches. I usually go to Dielsdorf. But even in Bülach, Regensdorf or Glattzentrum, for example, there are no such trolleys.

We have looked at your question with the various branch managers as well as the cooperative managers. I have received the following information from them:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide shopping carts with a baby seat at our stores. Depending on the design of our sales outlets, there are moving walkways, escalators etc. where these trolleys cannot be used for safety reasons. There are also sales outlets, such as the Glatt Center, where the shopping carts are not procured by Migros. In this case, we have passed on the request, but unfortunately cannot promise you that such shopping carts will be procured.
