The seal is coming loose on this can (and others of the same design). This has been going on for a long time. Now we have moths in the old building and they are creeping into the container because of the seal that has been scratched around. That's why I want to replace the tank now. Unfortunately, it's a bit difficult with the certificate. Can I do this in the store without a receipt or will they find it difficult? Thanks öi
