In a Migros store in Ticino, I found different types of wholemeal polenta that were incredibly delicious! One variety tasted nutty, one was purple, another was completely white, there are so many different ones! The next time I was in Ticino, I took them home in huge quantities, all my guests liked them very much, they were so much finer than the polenta bramata from our store. If there was more polenta to choose from, I would buy a lot of it, but I can't go to Ticino very often...
