Wholemeal or spelt plait

Vollkorn/- oder Dinkelzopf

How about a spelt plait or wholemeal plait? I've already seen these at other wholesalers and in various bakeries, and of course I've also bought them. They always tasted very good to me! I would be delighted if Migros were to pick up on this trend. This butter plait would certainly not just be something for "grain eaters"!

Dear violetta06,

Thank you very much for your idea. There would certainly be some people interested in a spelt or wholemeal plait. I'll pass it on to the product managers.

I would be very happy about a URDINKELZOPF or a delicious ROGGENZOPF, as well as a quark plait made with quark instead of butter--> much fluffier!!!

@Antonia_ Migros: Oh yes, I can agree with you, for example, I would be such an introvert -> but a long time ago I posted the idea of a real wholemeal plait (and not the Rustico variant -> it's light flour) here, but nothing has come of it so far!

That's why I go to Künzli Beck in Sursee from time to time because they make the best wholemeal plait ever :-D...

It was this braid that gave me the idea to suggest it here! But apparently the product managers and also many Migros customers have too little interest in introducing or buying such a product.
