I wonder why Migros doesn't catch up with Coop and remove those magazines from its range that are offered by the publishers at completely exorbitant Swiss surcharge prices. Otherwise, both Coop and Migros are very reluctant to copy each other and that would be a really good thing for customers...

Thank you for your message. As far as I know, Migros does not sell magazines. It is often the case that a k kiosk is located directly at the entrance or exit of a Migros and many people buy their magazines there. However, Migros has no influence on these prices.

Visit a medium-sized or smaller supermarket that has been built according to the new store design concept. There you will also find newspapers and magazines at the checkout. Migros has now also become a magazine retailer! There aren't that many newly designed supermarkets in Zurich yet. But we have a few in central Switzerland and they sell magazines/newspapers themselves. So I can only agree with Lina710. I wonder what Dutti would have done?
Magazines are only available in very few branches in Gen. Migros Aare....
and therefore I think it is regulated by the cooperative
