Oh yes, as a coconut fan, I agree with Amaya! However, I prefer coconut products from "Amanprana" and "Tropicai".

I use defatted coconut flour from Amanprana and Tropicai even more often than coconut oil. Advantages: gluten-free, high in fiber, high in protein, low carb, low in calories and above all super tasty. I sprinkle it into my muesli, bake with it, make my own Raffaellos and eat it pure :-).
But for now, I would be happy if Migros at least offered Fairtrade coconuts and Fairtrade coconut milk.
Where do you buy the defatted coconut flour?
@indios: In the health food store. I bought Tropicai in a Swiss health food store. You can certainly get Amanprana at Reformhaus Bacher in Germany. Otherwise you can perhaps also order online. But beware: danger of addiction and the whole cupboard smells deliciously of coconut ;-). Lg, "Twilight"

I bought Tropicai at M**** health food store. Don't know if I'm allowed to advertise here. Apart from that, I'm lucky enough to be able to buy the stuff in Germany (relatives there). But I would prefer to buy in Switzerland.
