Dear Migros I'm watching an Arte documentary about vertical farming and just thought of you. Wouldn't that be something for you? I could very well imagine vertical farming in Zurich. The problem so far seems to be that the concept can be accommodated in skyscrapers at New York level. But buildings the size of Primetower shouldn't be a problem. You could generate a lot of attention with a project like this. It would probably also be promoted and if the concept works in the end, you could feed a lot of people from just one building. The production can be flexibly adapted and, under the motto BIO, can be sold at a correspondingly higher price to cover the costs. Synergies could be created with universities and training farms and in the end the overall concept could perhaps also be sold. Please bring vertical farming to Switzerland.
