The lid is made of aluminum and the cup is quite stiff. At Coop, the cups are available with cardboard on the outside for tearing open and disposing of separately, and the cup is made of "soft" material and can be squeezed together easily and small. The lid is also made of a very thin foil. For this reason, I prefer to use the WW yogurt from Coop and only if there's no other way, these from Migros. Too bad, because the taste is ok. I would also prefer a non-stick yogurt.
