The flap to pull up the packaging is just for decoration!!!! Instead of advertising with less and less packaging, the packaging artists should concentrate on such things. Some meat packaging has tabs on both corners to pull it open, but even then the whole film tears - I've been annoyed by this packaging many times. Cut the meat open with scissors and wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge.
