On Thursday, 17.10.2013, I bought a pack of Acti Calcium-Magnesium in the Westside store. Unfortunately, when I opened the pack, I discovered that it only contained 1 tube of effervescent tablets instead of 2.
Would it not be possible to secure the packs with an adhesive seal?

Once again, a big apology from those responsible for the product that you found a half-empty pack.
We checked the adhesive closure some time ago, but then decided against it because such thefts are fortunately extremely rare.
Have you already received a new, full pack from customer service?

Sometimes an adhesive seal or similar seal would not be so bad. It is very annoying if a product is missing or the wrong one has been put back in.
Especially with hair dyes, such a seal would be much safer.... It could be that someone might be funny enough to simply put the black dye in with a blonde color *loL*
