We already removed the organic Max Havelaar dried bananas from our range last year due to insufficient demand.
We are constantly adapting our range to meet the needs of our customers. We are aware that such a step will always affect some customers' favorite products. Nevertheless, we have to constantly review our range.

I also buy them in the Coop and apparently the demand is there, otherwise they wouldn't have been available in my small store for a long time.

The problem was not the low demand. The problem was the poor quality. I also bought these bananas for a long time. Back then, they came from a family business in Costa Rica. But Migros wanted to cut prices and then switched to South Africa. And you could no longer eat these bananas from South Africa. The same thing happened with the dried pineapple slices. Sometimes I wonder what these snooty buyers are actually thinking.
