The sauces for fondues have been back in Migros for about 2 weeks now.
But I can't understand why the most popular Bearnaise sauce in my region, according to the online reviews, is not available in the Migros nearest to me (zip code 5040)!
(Once MM Unterentfelden and M Schöftland.)
So question - why do I get all fondue sauces in MM Unterentfelden - except the most popular one?

As space is limited, it is unfortunately not possible to offer all products in every store. Thanks for the answer, but I can't really understand it!
Firstly, a small Migros (Suhr) carries the sauce and secondly, the sauce is not supposed to be available in a newly remodeled M-M due to lack of space! (Previously, when Migros Unterentfelden was even smaller, I could always buy the sauce there during the fondue season. Until three weeks ago, by the way, there was absolutely no fondue sauce available - so nothing about it being available all year round).
The fact that I don't drive 10km further for a sauce (suggested variant Buchs) is understandable from an ecological point of view.
In general, I have to say that various acquaintances of mine are unhappy with certain decisions regarding the product range (store management?) in Unterentfelden - especially since the conversion, which should actually mean a larger and not a smaller product range with the change from M store to M-M.
Conclusion - I don't think it's down to the space, but to the store management as to what's available and what's not.

Dear Eric, thank you very much for your feedback. As I wrote in my reply, large and selected stores carry the sauce in their range. Selected, because the cooperatives and the stores have a certain amount of freedom of choice when it comes to the product range. This means that a product that is generally only available in large stores is also occasionally available in smaller outlets. I can only imagine that the Unterentfelden branch has decided to take this step. I therefore recommend that you contact the store management directly. Best regards back, Richi
