But even if you have such a smartphone, the heavy rain this morning simply ruins everything. You get the slips of paper last - they're in the shopping bag on top and oops: when I got home, they were wet and the QR code was smudged without me having them in my hand.... That was quite a surprise: everything is printed correctly, but of all things, the QR code and 10-digit letter-number code underneath are printed with such a greasy inkjet printer... Wouldn't it be logical if Migros gave these coupons in parchment bags or at least made customers aware of this problem...? ?

@Frederica : No, the thermal printing was not immediately apparent on this dark yellow glossy paper and the downpour was surprising. If thermal paper, then printing directly on the receipt would be the logical answer. They know that guarantee certificates have to be photocopied - at the Landi you are even made aware of this.

Very interesting article, I'm really disappointed because I gave my vouchers for the two clubs above to someone to "Itöögala".
