Many years ago, Migros did pioneering work with Quorn. Today, Migros has been overtaken by many suppliers from all sides! Quorn bread toppings are dry and don't taste good. What can Rügenwalder Mühle do better than Migros? In Germany, the choice of meat substitute products is so much greater! The growing community of vegetarians and vegans would be potential customers. But your range is just so-so.... For example, why can't we get the veggie gyros that are sometimes available in restaurants in stores? Or the delicious broccoli and cheese medallions. They're not the same in the store! Then there are veggie picata burgers (not sure of the name anymore, quite spicy anyway) in the restaurant, but not in the store! Various Quorn products are now quite boring, more really tasty meat substitutes are needed! Here are some examples of VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN products that I have bought in Germany: very tasty, well-seasoned pulled pork, meatballs (not burgers), gyros (from Wheaty, also available in CH!), meat salad, chicken curry salad, salami (which really tastes like salami), Landjäger (from Wheaty, also available in CH!) etc.!!! So Migros, you have work to do. You want to protect the environment, giving up meat is active environmental and animal protection!
