Vegetarians at Migros Restaurant Brugg

Vegetarier im Migros Restaurant Brugg

Vegetarians have recently been given a hard time. Since last autumn, you will not only find a new -successful- ambience, but also a new -less successful- menu program, where you will encounter a veggie menu with pasta on four out of five days. I can't understand the reason for this "pasta plate" at all. Non-vegetarians have the choice between three different and successful menus, while vegetarians are now forced to fall back on the buffet. This is already much more expensive than a menu, especially if you only serve yourself vegetables and side dishes. Vegetarians don't have anything else to choose from. Why is the Brugg restaurant - which actually cooks quite well - pursuing its own course here? The menus of other Migros restaurants look reasonable, and it was the same in Brugg before. Vegetarian and pasta - one M better, my ass. Since fall one M worse. Please abolish this nonsense of "pasta plates" so that you can enjoy your lunch as you used to!
