This is already much more expensive than a menu, especially if you only serve yourself vegetables and side dishes. Vegetarians don't have anything else to choose from. Why is the Brugg restaurant - which actually cooks quite well - pursuing its own course here? The menus of other Migros restaurants look reasonable, and it was the same in Brugg before.
