Hey everyone, I wanted to ask the group what the selection of vegan products at Migros is like? Are there any vegans among you who can help me? I have a lot of friends who follow a vegan diet and when I invite someone over, I get a bit confused when looking for vegan products. Can you recommend something for a dinner?
the range of vegetarian and vegan products has increased dramatically. some vegetarian products have now also become vegan (e.g. cornatur). the v-love line has been added, which is believed to be predominantly vegan. the m-budget sauce for frying is purely plant-based and tastes excellent for vegans and non-vegans alike.
by the way, you can very easily conjure up plant-based dishes from vegetarian menus. milk can usually be replaced by soy drink when cooking. add some yeast flakes to the béchamel prepared with soy drink and it tastes like a cheese sauce...
