Dear Luisa That's great! I think it's great that Migros is expanding its vegan range! Maybe you'll come up with a vegan alternative to cottage cheese with similar nutritional values. That doesn't exist anywhere else in the world - you'd be the first!!!! Best regards Mala82

Yes, we're really looking forward to it too! We'd love lots of vegetables and a protein option (it's not exactly healthy without it, as it's all carbohydrates). For example, a few vegan salami strips or chickpea paste, vegan mascarpone or something like that... Unfortunately, the vegan pizza that I found at the Cooptankstelle!!! didn't have this on it either. So: you can make this even better! As always, preferably organic and without unnecessary additives
