I live in ZH and when I visit my parents, I always go to the Rheinpark in St. Margrethen to buy the vanilla Danish pastries and doughnuts because .... they are delicious. They are made by hand in the bakery there. As has often been described here, the doughnuts are greasy, dripping with sweetness and taste artificial. I can only agree, the ones there are dry, fluffy and with a normal filling. That's exactly how doughnuts should be. Why can't you get these fine ones here in Horgen, they bake them there too. Now that they are in action, believe me, you won't eat any others, dusted thickly with powdered sugar, I did take photos. They are still edible the next day. And they're still big too. That's what I call fine baking.
It's the same with the vanilla Danish pastries, there are only those with puff pastry and jam? Really now? There with a kind of yeast dough, only vanilla cream on top. Well, the ones in the photo are a bit thin, otherwise they have big ones with powdered sugar on top, and that's it. So delicious. But you won't find any here. Why is it not possible to make these 2 delicious pastries here? What's the reason? Migi is not just Migi. Yes, and CH is not the same as CH, that would be the other comparison. Please adopt this recipe, I would be your best customer. Nobody would complain anymore.
